I do consider that this interpretation of global leadership is a valid statement. As industries are gradually growing, it must be made sure that the individuals are able to accommodate their every increasing customer base; and it is all because the customer base has comparatively become more diversified as companies have gradually expanded into markets particularly the ones that are globalized. Both company leaders and the leadership models then requires to be adapted or should be evolved especially in order to be more appropriately used. Like for example, “Authentic leadership” is comparatively a new leadership style that mainly focused on the leaders of the organization who are effectively dealing straightforwardly and is honest to their employees (Hoch et al., 2018).
